ViewSonic has announced a new family of widescreen monitors Series VG28 with certificates Energy Star 5.0 and EPEAT. As the producer, they offer a means of providing space savings and energy efficiency, such as ergonomic design and ECO-mode allows to reduce the average power consumption to 30%. Series VG28 currently includes the following models: 20-inch VG2028wm, 22-inch (22.5-inch viewable) VG2228wm, 24-inch (23.5-inch viewable) VG2428wm and 27-inch VG2728wm.
All models VG28 provide opportunities to adjust the screen for comfortable work, including setting the height, tilt and swivel, as well as design with a thin frame with built-in, hidden speakers. These displays help to free up space, make the workplace less cluttered. In addition, the model 24 "VG2428wm and 27" VG2728wm screen can be deployed to 90 degrees, selecting portrait or landscape orientation. Also new items can be mounted on the wall with the fixing of the standard VESA.
Additionally, the monitors VG28 series have various options for connection - they are equipped with DVI ports, and VGA, as well as two-port Hub USB (or 4-port USB hub and HDMI input in the model VG2728wm). It promises to ViewSonic, having a resolution of 1600x900 (VG2028wm) and 1920x1080 (VG2228wm, VG2428wm and VG2728wm), each monitor provides a clear, high-quality image.
